Second, the panel on this TV is formed by Samsung, and therefore the quality is great. Third, TCL's web site features a notice service center location search and it's quite intensive .. Based on the 2 year warrantee, what i'm seeing with my TV and Amazons wonderful delivery, i am giving this set a Best obtain rating .. UPDATE 11/16/2010 .. this set is simply plain wonderful .. and Amazon service is high of the road .. my set developed a skinny blue vertical line, I contacted Amazon, they picked up the set subsequent day and delivered a brand new set at an equivalent time .. arduous to beat that .. Update 11/17/2010 .. it is a bit tiresome obtaining messages from of us who 1) do not have the TV and wish to slam it in a very public review 2)Know very little to zilch concerning TV's ..
