I purchased this TV to switch a Panasonic 65"" Plasma TV. 1st of all let me say how delighted i'm with Amazon's client service and policies, after I 1st ordered the TV I mistakenly ordered the non-3D version of it, and failed to understand my mistake till when it had been shipped to me. However, Amazon's policies on TV purchases created it attainable on behalf of me to cancel the order and receive an entire refund! As so much because the TV itself worries, the most downside I actually have found is it's relative dimness compared to the plasma TV it replaced. i actually found it necessary to solely use this TV during a darkened space to actually appreciate it. the opposite drawbacks I found were 1) The TV was utterly dead upon original installation, and even if i used to be using skilled installers it took them an hour of messing with it making an attempt to induce an image, before they referred to as Mitsubishi client service who suggested them to unplug the TV, wait a moment or 2, and thn plug in once more to permit the inner pc to reset itself. Secondly, i'm using the TV with a Sony PS3 as it's 3D input, and when hooking everything up, i used to be unable to induce a 3D image. after I referred to as Mitsubishi, they told me it absolutely was necessary to come the PS3 to Sony for a firmware update.
