I bought this plasma from a neighborhood electronics store [...]. this is often the second flat screen I actually have purchased in as several days.

I initial bought a Samsung LN40C650 LCD however came back it future day owing to some problems that i could not get past. It had terribly lightweight vertical banding in some spots (It's potential that I simply got a foul one on this count), the image washed out when viewing from anywhere aside from straight on, and that i did not just like the approach the tv addressed motion (whether the auto-motion was turned on or not). Also, the colours did not appear terribly natural though it's potential that when adjustment this might have improved.

So i made a decision to undertake the Panasonic TC-P42G25, a Plasma tv, that supposedly has none of those problems (but perhaps its own inherent issue, read on). I brought it home, unboxed it, connected the stand and hooked everything up.
