It appeared it had been a come, because the within styrofoam was somewhat variable...but this review is concerning the TV, not the delivery service. image Quality wasn't smart, and that i realized I had a received non-IPS panel (check the AVS forum on it or google ""le5300 panel lottery"")...it seems that LG uses each IPS and non-IPS panels in their models below 42"". currently I've seen individuals on here get the IPS panel during this 37LE5300...but I wasn't thus lucky. The large, white sticker on the box scan 37LE5300-ASUDxxx...which means the unit was a non-IPS model. Had the sticker scan ASUWxxx...it would are an IPS panel...which may be a prime of the road screen. I came back the TV (amazon client service was top-notch) and that they overnighted me a replacement unit.
